Exchanges and returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you may return your purchase within 30 days starting from the day of delivery. If a product is custom made, you can’t return it.
Fill in the return form and send it by email to email@example.com with the subject “return” and enter your name and order number. You will then receive a return stamp from us with which you can return your product (s). In The Netherlands return is free, except for hats we will charge a contribution of €4. For all other countries we will charge shipping costs for the return of your goods.
The products can only be returned unworn and undamaged and in original package. Please notice that we will send back the products to you and we can not restitute the purchase amount including shipping costs once the products have been worn. Any return costs are on your own expense.
Rather change for another product? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject ‘exchange’ and give your name, order number and newly chosen product and send back within 30 days starting from the day of delivery. Fill in the return form which you can download on this page and include in package.

Shipping fees for return are free in the Netherlands, but we will charge for returns and shippings to/ from abroad.
Please be aware that our products are customized in limited editions, so only upon our confirmation you are certain of the required product. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.
Once your return arrives within the warehouse , we will credit your payment. Please provide all required bank details on the return form.
Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
